The seminar rooms are variable for ten to 120 people and are technically state-of-the-art. There is a dream location for the seminar and a cafeteria for a creative break.

About us

As a Black Forest native, you always have in mind how beautiful it is here and that it stays that way. Tradition is always sustainable here, new things fit in. We consciously build on this. We favour local products, cook our classics and love wood. As you can see in both houses - one with a modern look, the other a Black Forest house - we combine the traditional with the modern. This combination is reflected in the furnishings. We think it fits.

Historical
Our history

Historically, there was always something going on, on the Munde. The old Roman road connected the Elz valley with the Kinzig valley and the Mountain inn Biereck provided travellers, carters and forest workers with beer and snacks. Everything is changing, the new Biereck now offers space for everyone! Leisure guests, locals and seminar guests. Regulars' table meets office desk. The Biereck has become a destination for connoisseurs.
